With H4D, the employee books an appointment online with a GP.
During the teleconsultation, patient and doctor communicate in complete confidentiality. The doctor can examine the patient remotely to reach a clinical diagnosis.
The prescription is printed directly in the booth, and that same day, the patient can visit a pharmacy.
H4D also offers a specialty medicine service that allows employees to make an appointment with a specialist practitioner – dermatologist, cardiologist, nutritionist, psychologist or psychiatrist…
The physician software provides access to reports and measurements taken by the patient during previous booth sessions.
In 2017, VINCI decided to try H4D’s telemedicine services. They installed a connected telemedicine booth at their headquarters in the French town of Rueil-Malmaison, just outside Paris.
“Feedback has been very positive (…): overall employee satisfaction rate is 98.2%. When it comes to quality of work life and occupational health, it helps us foster better work/life balance among our employees, since they no longer have to postpone care if their regular doctor is unavailable, and find it easier to fit consultations in their work schedule.”

Busy schedules often lead us to neglect our health. The telemedicine booth is part of a program that aims to make prevention and treatment an integral part of our company. It’s a success so far: all available time-slots for consultation have been full since September.
Our challenge was to find a solution that would allow us to recreate a link between medicine – whether preventive or treatment-based – and our employees, enhancing employee loyalty.
